Targeted infrared warmth + PEMF + red light
A plug-in wrap with adjustable infrared heat, PEMF and red light. Bring comfortable warmth to your lower-back or waist routine without making room for a full-length mat.
Benefits for your daily routine
Start with the comfort of adjustable warmth. Add the other functions when you want them, without needing to use everything at once.
Gentle, adjustable warmth can help relax tight muscles and temporarily ease everyday stiffness around a comfortable lower-back or waist setup.
Gentle heat temporarily widens blood vessels near the skin, increasing blood flow in warmed areas. Choose comfortable warmth, not the highest setting.
Settle into a chair or onto the couch for a comfortable, stationary session. Keep the controller and power cable clear; this is not a cordless belt.
Choose from eight PEMF presets or manual frequency settings. The Belt also includes a separately controlled red-light function.
Adjust heat and PEMF separately, with an additional Photon control for red light. You do not need to turn every function on.
The 54 × 9.5-inch wrap weighs 4.2 lb. It is easy to move between suitable spaces, but requires a compatible outlet during use.

Inside the heated layer
Amethyst is a naturally occurring variety of quartz. Tourmaline is a natural mineral that can develop an electrical charge with temperature changes or pressure under specific conditions. They form part of the heated construction, not a separate healing treatment (amethyst facts; tourmaline facts).
Like other warmed materials, the heated layer emits infrared radiation. Mineral properties do not establish detoxification, immunity or negative-ion health benefits from this product.
Three functions. One targeted wrap.
Heat provides physical warmth; PEMF delivers changing electromagnetic fields; the red-light function provides light exposure. Combining them does not establish a clinically proven synergy.
Adjust heat from 86°F to 158°F. Heat has a separate 1–12-hour timer; that range is not a recommended session duration.
Eight presets and manual frequency selection from 1–30 Hz. The specified overall range is 1–50 Hz; default setting is 7.83 Hz.
The manual contains conflicting PEMF shutoff instructions: 30 minutes in the controller guide versus 20 minutes on / 40 minutes off in the cycle guide. Confirm your controller’s behavior with Hooga support; do not rely on automatic timing.
The Photon button selects F01 (25 minutes on / 5 minutes off) or F02 (10 minutes on / 5 minutes off). These are five-hour cycling programs, not recommendations for a five-hour session.
Use a compatible 100–120 V outlet and keep cables clear. The Belt is not battery powered and should not be used while driving.
What the evidence can tell you
Heat, PEMF and light are different technologies. General research helps explain them; it does not establish clinical outcomes for this product or its combined functions.
Controlled warmth can help relax muscles and temporarily ease stiffness. Heat widens blood vessels near the skin, increasing blood flow in warmed areas. These are general effects of heat, not proof that infrared mats outperform ordinary heating pads (NHS heat guidance).
Use gentle warmth. Avoid heat on fresh injuries or hot, swollen areas, and follow the mat’s safety instructions. Higher temperatures are not a shortcut to better results.
PEMF has been studied for musculoskeletal discomfort, including osteoarthritis. A review of reviews found possible short-term benefits, but small studies, variable protocols and study quality limit confidence (2022 research review).
A 2026 sham-controlled knee study improved one muscle-strength measure but did not significantly improve patient-reported symptoms or several other outcomes (2026 randomized trial).
Frequency, field strength, waveform, treatment duration and device configuration matter when comparing research. These studies do not establish outcomes for the PEMF Belt. It is not intended to treat arthritis or other diseases.
Plan the setup before delivery
Choose a dry, comfortable place near a compatible 100–120 V outlet. Connect the controller before power and secure the wrap comfortably without overtightening. Do not use on the face.
Choose a PEMF preset or manual setting. Set heat and the optional Photon function separately, starting with low heat.
The manual recommends starting with 10–15 minutes. Remain awake, monitor your skin and stop if you experience discomfort. Program run times are not recommended treatment lengths.
Switch off and unplug when finished. Let the Belt cool fully before folding it for storage in a cool, dry place.
Choose your format
Choose the format that suits your space and preferred coverage. Both options combine heat, PEMF and a light function; their specifications are different.
Targeted, plug-in warmth with PEMF and red light.
Choose it for: A compact, stationary lower-back or waist routine.
Room to recline with integrated red and near-infrared light.

Read before use
Do not use during pregnancy, with metal implants or implanted electronic devices, or with medications that could interact with PEMF. The manual also restricts use with underlying health conditions. If any apply, do not start use; discuss suitability with your healthcare provider and follow the manual. Do not use on infants, while intoxicated or with reduced heat sensation.
Keep heat gentle and use only in a dry environment. Do not look directly into the light or use on heat-sensitive facial skin. Stop if you experience discomfort. This is a general-wellness device, not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.

Before you buy
Heat provides physical warmth. PEMF uses changing electromagnetic fields from embedded coils and is a separate function. A heat setting is not a PEMF frequency.
PEMF has been studied for musculoskeletal discomfort, including osteoarthritis, with possible short-term benefits but important study limitations. Different devices and protocols are not interchangeable, and the research does not establish clinical outcomes for this product (research review).
No. It is a plug-in device rated for AC 100–120 V, 60 Hz, not a battery-powered wrap. Use it while comfortably stationary; do not use it while driving or moving around with a connected cable.
Natural amethyst and tourmaline form part of the heated construction. They are not a separate healing therapy, and their individual weights are not specified in the shared manual.
Heat is adjustable from 86°F to 158°F. PEMF has eight presets, a specified overall 1–50 Hz range, and manual selection from 1–30 Hz. Preset names do not establish focus, sleep or energy outcomes.
The Belt measures 54 × 9.5 inches and weighs 4.2 lb. Heat has a separate 1–12-hour timer. Photon programs F01 and F02 cycle for five hours, not a recommended session length. The manual contains conflicting PEMF shutoff instructions: 30 minutes in the controller guide versus 20 minutes on / 40 minutes off in the cycle guide. Confirm your controller’s behavior with Hooga support; do not rely on automatic timing.
Adjust heat and PEMF separately, with an additional Photon control for red light. You do not need to turn every function on.
The manual recommends starting with 10–15 minutes. Start with gentle heat, remain awake during heated sessions and stop if you experience discomfort. Long program times are not recommended session lengths.
If the device is suitable for you, comfortable warmth can be part of a post-activity or evening wind-down routine. Avoid heat on fresh injuries or hot, swollen areas. This is not a promise of faster recovery or treatment for sleep problems.
Read the full manual before use.
