How to Use Lemongrass Essential Oil

Enjoy by steam inhalation, vaporisation or a comforting warm bath — dilute up to 5 drops in water. Also wonderful for massage; blend no more than 5 drops into 10ml of Valley Mist Pure Massage Oil.
