How to Apply

• The long-lasting eyeliner is applied to bare eyelids or over any eyeshadow makeup look.
• Apply as close to the lash line as possible for a tight line or to gradually increase and build out a dramatic cat-eye or winged eyeliner look.
• Use your eyelashes as a guide, pressing the side of the felt-tipped applicator onto the skin.
• Use the precision felt tip liquid eyeliner applicator to fill in any gaps between lashes.
